Sessions can take place in-person at our Claremont rooms, or online.
Individual therapy sessions are designed to help clients navigate a wide range of presenting concerns, from goal achievement and personal growth to mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The practice utilises evidence-based treatments to help clients build resiliency, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve their goals.

Treatment modalities are carefully considered and selected for each client depending on their presenting issue, personality dynamics, symptoms presentation (if any), etc. The preferred therapeutic modalities I employ are evidence-based and suitable for the management of a broad range of presenting concerns. Each of these is discussed in more detail on the Therapeutic Approaches page, but briefly, the following is included:

Clients are also welcome to learn a little more about some of the therapeutic paradigms I employ on the Therapeutic Approaches page.
Should you have any questions about the nature and focus of work that I undertake, you are welcome to send me an email or contact me via the Contact page.
